What after-sales support does your product have?

We provide overseas customers with additional accessories for maintenance, our technical team is online 24 hours a day to solve problems for you, and in special cases we can arrange for engineers to come to repair.

Is your delivery time guaranteed?

Our production has strict process control, and we will ship on time according to the time agreed with customers. If it is our reason to delay the shipment by one day, the customer can deduct 5 points of the amount of our product.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

30% deposit, 70% letter of credit. We can also support forward letters of credit.

Does it support customization?

Our factory is self-developed from the beginning of the spare parts. With a R&D team of 30 engineers, we can customize the equipment suitable for the customer according to the actual application of the customer.

How the equipment is packaged?

According to the needs of products and customers, we can vacuum packing, wooden box packing, etc.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.
